While the MERIT Institute has members around the world, we also support the development of international affiliates. These affiliates help expand access to MERIT training and resources by offering activities in additional languages and at times that are convenient for their regions.

AFTM: Advancing Metacognition and Mental Health in the Francophone World

Founded in 2025, the Association Française de Thérapie Métacognitive (AFTM) is a young and ambitious organization dedicated to the promotion of MERIT  and other metacognitive therapies across France and French-speaking regions. ​​​
